11 MONITORING PROGRAMS We will establish a series of monitoring programs so that we can, in conjunction with the local broker, be on top of the marketing and sales performance. This program will be in the form of spreadsheets comparing projected to actual responses to specific marketing programs and brokers, meetings with clients, client visits, contracts and closings. This will also provide a basis to refine programs to marketing and sales realities which will inevitably differ from projections and provide a basis for periodic reporting to our investors.
