101 - preparation of list of spare parts - study for plant revamping and increase in capacity CHARGES FOR SERVICES EXTRA CONTRACT A. Charges for the services of the Seller’s erection supervisor(s) and start-up engineer(s) to be paid to the Seller on receipt of monthly invoices are as follows (per calendar day and man): . Erection supervisor € 550 . Start-up engineer and electrical/instrument specialists € 600 The above amounts will be paid for each day of stay, from the day of departure from Italy to the day of return. Travels, public holidays and sick leaves are therefore included. The working week will consist of 40 working hours divided into 8 daily hours. Services rendered during local public holidays in the course of a working week, or working hours exceeding the eight daily hours will be counted as 1/6 of an additional working day per worked hour. B. All living expenses (lodging, laundry, meals including beverages and whatever necessary) at a European standard hotel for the period the Seller's personnel will stay on site will be cared for by the Buyer and be at his charge. C. The Buyer will provide the Seller's personnel with pocket money in local currency corresponding to € 25 per day of stay on site. D. A prepaid round-trip air ticket, unless otherwise agreed upon, shall be sent to the Seller in advance and travelling expenses incurred in Buyer's country will be paid by the Buyer or reimbursed to the travellers. Air travels will be tourist class. Railway travels will be first class. Expenses, if any, for visa application for Seller's personnel will be at Buyer's charge. E. The Buyer will reimburse any local tax or duty that should be levied on any lump sum reimbursement and/or all payments for assistance services provided by the Seller to the Seller. 6
