5 OFFICES AND OUTSIDE BROKER ALLIANCES We will establish offices and alliances with major brokers in the following countries. • Cambodia: Main sales office in Sihanoukville. • China: In Beijing and Shanghai. • Vietnam: Ho Chi Min • Thailand: Bangkok • Russia: Moscow • U.S.: New York City We will support all local partners in educational programs for the project, marketing materials, promotion support, PR support. We will look to local partners for PR support in their areas. Commission incentives are being evaluated. An important point for contracts with local brokers is that they will contain a provision that if a general real estate buyer contacts KPIG, KPIG will not try to sell this buyer general real estate so that the local broker has confidence that we are not competing with him/her.
